I also read that they were trying to limit the judge's stay to Texas only.

This judge is now being educated in the John Roberts school of interpreting Obama’s wishes.

They are running out of time to give the illegals thousands of dollars of your money via “Tax returns”.

That’s the payoff for voting Democrat.

Obama may have to imprison this judge in order to get his mind right...

Now that Congress has approved his illegal amnesty of illegal aliens by funding it they have seriously undercut this case. Just as they intended.

The GOP is on board The Cheap Labor Express. They don’t care how the amnesty gets done, as long as it gets done.

Since when do presidents “tell” judges what to do. Maybe in a third-world country like Kenya, but not . . . oh, wait. I see.

> “The government’s demand comes a day after it admitted in another court filing that it jumped the gun by issuing 100,000 three-year deferrals and work permits under expanded DACA.”

100,000 is an odd number to post. A number like 103,431 or 98,564 would be more credible.

The meaning of ‘100,000’ is ‘a whole bunch’ and begs the question of what-if the quantity was 2,500,000 in reality. How would anyone ever know?

This admission is evidence of court violation. The court order was both retrospective and prospective, and should be confirmed as such. This and other evidence should prompt Judge Hanen to instruct US Marshals to investigate and detain violators as well as submit work details, employee names involved in the card manufacture as well as information on recipients of the cards.

The US Marshals investigation should be followed with a signed order by Judge Hanen that all such cards issued in violation are to be declared void, stricken and suspended from the government databases.

Why would Judge Hanen grant them relief? His ruling was to cease all activities pursuant to implementing the unlawful amnesty undertaken by Jeh Johnson per a memo from Obama.

The DHS violated his ruling by continuing to prepare applications, etc.

He should refuse the Fed request (demand?) and do so with prejudice.
