There’s a real big difference between an established law of physics and the speculation of “Anthropogenic Global Warming” ... :-) ...
Furtheremore, scientists are encouraged to challenge those "established" laws of physics. In other words, there is no such thing as "settled science".
Galileo's view of gravity had to be corrected by Newton. And Newton's view of gravity had to be corrected by Einstein. And Einstein's view probably won't be the last word.
All "settled science" is junk science.
