DST was man’s way of changing nature ...

I like to think of DST as going back to nature - less dependency on the rigidity of "commerce"-time, and adapting to nature.

I suppose it also depends on where one lives in a tz, the leading edge or the trailing edge, too. Trailing edge residents really appreciate DST in the Summer.

I change my clocks, but pay no attention to them. I go to bed when I’m sleepy, and wake up whenever I wake up. I’m retired.
