All we get is the stick. There is no “carrot” until I pay out $13,000! I STILL will not comply.
I’m still waiting for enrollment periods to be challenged in court. This is typically how insurance worked in the past, but now it’s different since it’s required.
Can you imagine the state mandating you have a driver’s license and car registration, but you only have one month in the year to get it?
