WASHINGTON U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., on Monday called for a major increase in military spending to counter recent declines that he says have gravely weakened the nations military and emboldened despots and terrorists around the globe.
The world is growing ever more dangerous, and our defense spending is wholly inadequate to confront the danger, he said.

Finally, someone gets it.
Any questions?
I wouldnt mind him as POTUS instead of the current radical Islamic punk ass
Changing the sissified ROEs will do more than increasing spending. Military spending isn’t the problem. Killing the enemy is.
Smoking weed is probably all Barry ever did because we STILL don’t have any tangible proof he ever went to school other than a couple photos. For all we know this guy could have a 4th grade education. You ever notice that about this moron you have to take his word on it even though the guy is a pathological liar. We have to take HIS word that Osama Bin-Laden is dead even though to date nobody has seen a shred of proof. We had to take his word that Obamacare was good for us before they passed it, we had to take his word that net neutrality was good for us, nobody was allowed to read what was in the bill, we had to take his word that amnesty is good for the country, we have to take his word that global warming exists, we have to take his word that making deals with Iran about nukes is good for the world, we have to take his word that gun control is good even though all the studies suggest otherwise, we have to take his word that Michelle is female and not a transsexual ha ha.... But seriously, he allows the public ZERO transparency
Both are the problem... 400 billon on the F-35 and they talk about scrapping the Warthog?
