And on a related note, did you see the article in the Washington Free Beacon about Obama’s brother-in-law, Craig Robinson, and the lousy job he did as head basketball coach at Oregon State? When he was fired a year ago, Robinson left the cupboard virtually bare; the new coach inherited a team with only one returning player who averaged more than 4 points a game.
Somehow, the coach managed a winning record, despite having to hold open tryouts to fill some of his roster spots. In fact, the new coach is up for a national coaching record (with only a 17-14 record) because his peers recognize the magnitude of the dumpster fire he inherited.
Meanwhile, Craig Robinson got a $4 million buyout from Oregon State and has been working as an analyst for ESPN. He’s also in the running to be the new head coach at Holy Cross, where he could achieve similar results.
