Thanks for the link! When people talk about the “Greatest Generation” they seem to forget that this is the music they listened to.

When I was a youngster in the 50s and 60s, a lot of this music was still around.

And I saw Benny Goodman at the Disneyland Big Band Festival in 1964...Ellington and Basie were there too :)
