Did you ever consider he was talking in the overall, human character sense, as in she is a super sweet, wonderful person, polite, kind-hearted, compassionate, embodying good Christian values, therefore she is a real ten?
It’s small of you to insult her physical appearance after all the crap she has already been through. It’s so shallow.
