I fail to see how it can be anti-God when the show has absolutely zero religious overtones.

My older brother went through a phase where he tried to find fault with and persuade my parents that anything I liked wasn't "wholesome".
Teen boys seem to go through a holier then thou phase. It does not last long but they are a major pain in the neck for their siblings.
