It's like a free murder ticket for crazies catching a stopper in
a neighborhood, in the hood. I drive very slow in all neighborhoods
so that I will never have to be in the situation to drive away to the
nearest police station to protect my life.

Hit and run? Fine, see Ya'll in court while within 5-min I'll be at the
nearest precinct filing a report, and after I call the police otw there.
