Sure. No argument with that. But my point is that in Africa, if the driver hangs around the accident scene to wait for the police, he’ll probably be drawn and quartered by a mob before the police arrive. Speaking personally, I’d rather be shot right away!
Thank Lord you aren’t in Africa after all. A lot of senseless bad things happens there on a daily basis.
