Granted, there are a lot of people who think any abuse heaped on a cat, no matter how vile or sadistic is okay, but let them be confronted with a picture of a Golden Retriever with an arrow through the back of its head, and they will sing a different story.
Worse, is her grinning countenance.
The elimination of feral animals may be another matter altogether, but for a veterinarian who works at your vet service to post a picture like that merits immediate dismissal.

It should have been obvious to a vet that it wasn't a feral cat. It was too healthy and well fed.
She's a vet in a small town that shot a neighbors pet in the head and bragged about it.
She either has absolutely no sense or is nuts. Or both.
