That's right. It has improved a lot, emission are getting cleaner all the time.
It has for decades.
There is no need for a draconian EPA to invent new rules and grab more power.

The last couple of years the automakers have actually exceeded the emission standards the EPA set forth but you know that will not last since bureaucracy works in certain ways.
