An old teacher-licensing test that blacks and Hispanics had trouble passing poses a grave threat to city coffers $300 million, according to internal budget documents obtained by The Post.
Taxpayers are on the hook for cliams by thousands of minority teachers as part of a civil-rights case in which a judge ruled they were illegally fired, demoted or denied jobs for failing the racially discriminatory Liberal Arts and Sciences Test.

"blacks and Hispanics had trouble passing..." yet Asians somehow can figure it out.
"because some people dont have the same experience as others. Um, some people?

Good spot for “the stupid, it burns.”

There is nothing discriminatory about math and science (and I’m talking about real, legitimate science, not some lefty AGW foolishness masquerading as science): it’s objective and totally unbiased.

Somehow the test knew the ethnicity of the person taking it, and the test became harder for some.

Maybe more of them make an effort to get into real colleges and universities instead of a lot of these traditionally black colleges that give out degrees?
Remember the former head of the Detroit school board that was illiterate? He was a Wayne State grad.

I think with all testing it’s a matter of academics and intelligence. Where did you go to school, did you actually earn your degree, and are you intelligent enough to pass the test?
I’ve missed out on opportunities because I didn’t pass the test. So what, i moved on

Nothing needs to be said other than we know why they failed.
And the answer points to culture, not ability.

Oh, no! They’ve figured out the secret codes contained within these exams that reveal to Asians and whites how to pass the test! /s

Even though the exams 80 multiple-choice questions and essay section were vetted by a multicultural Bias Review Committee, blacks scored passing grades between 51 and 62 percent of the time.

maybe print the tests in hieroglyphs or someone should tell them they need to be suing their parents. Lowering the damned bar so the kids can come out as uneducated as their teachers is not the answer. How the hell did these people get trough 4 years of college? Oh, they must have cheated in which case they don't deserve to be teachers anyway.
