The article says black women actually have the lowest birth rate and Asian the highest. Half of babies are born to foreign-born mothers, and nearly 60% were born to mothers on Medicaid or state-financed insurance, 40% to unwed mothers.
I don’t know if Asian means Chinese or Pakistani.
