actress would've said no, or probably even pushed themselves on him.
The very fact that all these women have been actress' or singers leads
me to that assumption.

He didn’t give them the chance to say yes or no because he drugged them instead of making advances.

You should look into the rapes, the sex wasn’t dating sex, it was rape, women repeatedly claiming that he drugged them and then raped them.
In his line of work, Cosby would have met a lot of actresses and singers. Some were women he offered to help with their careers. In one case, he earned the woman’s trust by letting her bring her little daughter with her to his house for dinner, where he behaved as a perfect gentleman. When the woman went back again without her daughter, Cosby allegedly drugged her. If the numerous stories are true, Cosby was extremely clever. He knew how to get these women to trust him.
If you have a low opinion of actresses and singers, that’s fine, but even if they were women of low morals willing to have consensual sex with Cosby, they still did not deserve to be drugged and raped.
Fame and fortune, yes. Looks .... uh, nope.
