You would be seeing on Facebook “WHAT WAS THAT NOISE? All over the world.” I expect even those who are deaf will “feel”, or “hear” it in their mind, as well.
It’s likely some kind of sound caused by solar flares, or something to do with atmosphere. But probably not. Probably something in the vicinity of the sounds, construction reflecting off clouds, street noises, etc.
