I am really not aware of any flip flopping on her part. I’ve heard her talk about immigration for quite a long time, which is the subject of her book. She use to like Chris Christie, something I could never quite understand, but we all have our opinions. I believe she saw him as tough and a winner. I think she got over him. Last time I saw her talk about a nominee, she was lining out a profile, not a person. She does not like Rubio or Jeb Bush. They are both pro-amnesty.
She spent a long time calling him lots of unconservative things then made the TV rounds pretending none of those things was ever spoken to get him elected.
Christie just changed his mind on path to citizenship. A few days ago. My guess is that Ann sent him the proofs of her book, which are usually closely guarded from most people, and he saw the light. Just guessing, dreaming maybe in that I hope it’s as good as that.
