A teenage girl impregnated during a rape by a relative was beaten by four family members to induce an abortion in 2012, Dallas police say.
The family then attempted to cover up the crime by burning the 8-month old stillborn baby on a charcoal grill at a home in Pleasant Grove in Dallas, according to police.

I know this area (one of my only white friends in Pleasant Grove lives there.) It is a crime-infested ghetto.
We have much to learn from those more diverse than we.
I grew up in Pleasant Grove. Forty years ago it was a quiet pleasant place. Today it’s a trash dump.
And this is the culture we are expected to embrace, emulate, and hold up as the “noble savage”.
Savage is correct. Noble, far from it.
Yeah, my friend bought almost 35 years ago there in a new development - originally loads of hard-working middle-class folks (mostly white.) He is one of the last hold outs leaving and has one or two white neighbors.
His house is worth less (inflation adjusted) now than when he purchased. He’d sell, but would incur a loss.
Poor folks like these wouldn’t resort to such acts of desperation were they not victims of a corporate capitalist regime hell-bent on pushing free education, free food, free cash, self-righteous preferential hiring practices and outmoded values like “morality” upon downtrodden people who just want to be left alone to rape, cook and dispose of their babies.

That amount of bail seems very low for such an awful crime.
What was their drug of choice?
