I highly, highly doubt they have forgotten. Victims remember things like that for the rest of their lives. Which will be thrown into turmoil. He would have been better off to keep his sicko mouth shut. Complete idiocy....they won't remember it because they had to be told that it happened....they had no idea.....he TOUCHED them and nothing more.
