The Kurds are rapidly outbreeding the Turks and I believe they’re a sizable majority in the eastern half of the country. That means Edrogan has to be careful about his attempts to marginalize them or he’ll lose the eastern part of the country.

Personally I think a Kurdish nation is on the horizon.

A Kurdish nation comprised of their parts of Turkey, Iraq, and a little bit of Syria would be an excellent idea. It would separate ISIS territory from Muslim Turkey and Sunni-dominated parts of Iraq.

Why does Cruz want to save Turkey as it is?

Correct me if I am wrong, there used to be a fairly large nation called Kurdistan.
