And if you’re going to replace someone on a bill, why not make it the old, rich white man who was never a President. Forget that he was the first Treasury Secretary. Who cares about that anyway?

Honestly do you really think a ballot measure for a generic “woman on the $10” would have been defeated. Every politician in the country would have come out for it, along with every media outlet.
How about Mary mother of Jesus?
It’s good our government is spending their time and efforts on things like this so we know they are on the job.
It is certainly more positive for us to keep our attention focused on this rather than on ISIS (both abroad and in the U.S.), Iran with nuclear weapons, illegal immigration, a collapsed economy, problems with Obamacare, “secret” legislation and treaties, and other such relatively minor items.
Also, I suspect Obama has popped the cork on a bottle of champagne now that a crazy white people has killed black people in a church. And his BFF Reverunt Sharpton has probably taken out a mortgage for a new $20 house, although has hasn’t found time to pay his taxes for the last few years.
If another commie is elected nov 2016, ya’ll won’t have to worry about $10 bills.
knarf, I don’t recall ever voting, or voicing an opinion on what is printed, or minted on our fiat currency.
Jacob Lewinsky made the decision on his own, knowing his black master would back him up.
When did Americans ever vote on who is pictured on the money???If you want to protest the picture, make a point of not using the bill.....
You have no choice.
They’re rewriting history, changing the traditional figureheads on our currency, renaming streets, schools etc...
This is what happens when we elect from a pool of nothing but career government bureaucrats. They’re owned. Bought and paid for.
Linda Lovelace, in action. She fits!
My guess and that is Eleanor Roosevelt. A very bad choice but I bet she is the one.
I would prefer Sacajawea. She really did become almost indispensable to the Lewis and Clark expedition. She also preferred to live with White People and moved to St. Louis. She died of fever while still young.
It’s not that I oppose putting a woman on currency. It’s that we honored President Hamilton with the $10 bill. And to take it away from Hamilton in order to honor someone else seems wrong.
Haven’t you heard? Everything is ‘chosen’ for us, now. Including presidential candidates in the end.
Whoever it is, it will be nauseatingly PC and by definition stupid.
It’s simply not your money any more. It is counterfeit scrip and they will put up any portrait they choose, including someday, Obama.
The vote was for president, 2008, 2012.
They won unfortunately.
I am thinking that this is really insane. Are there no more important issues to deal with at this time? How much money will this cost us the people?
If they picked a good woman, I would consider changing the 5.
Of course, they would pick some liberal commie/icon.
Each denomination can have a different “gender.”
