Trading a few murders for millions is not a very good plan.
Bet she has armed security
An aging opera singer in the USA is lucky to have anyone pay attention at all, much less a need for armed security.
That is what I first thought, too.
There are many others who work just as hard if not harder. We have a small business and most, often work 16-18 hours a day. They have longer hours if they have space items on site. There is a shower and couches there so they do not even have to go home. These singers chose that life and I do not feel sorry for them at all. Our workers did too but they keep up with what is going on in the world. There is no excuse for being dumb.
Um...who said you should feel sorry for them? Not me. My point - which is a good one - is that you don’t hear much from opera singers or ballet dancers because their training is 24/7 - it keeps them from keeping up with current events - plus they, generally, don’t have a strong interest in current events because they are desperately looking for work.
They are no better or worse than any other American. But I admire their physical and emotional stamina. And their artistry which illuminates the world.
We are culpable? No, you might be, I am not. Stick to music sweetheart.
And walk those streets near midnight when there is the most activity and do it with no body guards or cops around. Then decide how responsible you and I are for what is going on.
So she says, as she looks over her shoulder and waits for the applause.
Well...she seems to suffer from delusions of grandeur...
That photo screams barking coloratura moonbat. That one visible eye is eerie to behold.
Which, unless you happen to enjoy them, are about as useful as teats on a boar hog.
