Probly Germans. Germans were officially encouraged to think of pilots as terrorists and illegal combatants deserving of nothing but death.
Given the years of bombing of their cities, and the hundreds of thousands of German civilians killed, it’s a POV that is certainly understandable, even if I don’t agree with it.
