The run up to the Iraq war took 18 months and gave Saddam plenty of time to hide/export his WMD to Syria, et al. That fact is one of my quarrels with how W prosecuted the war - after the start Bremer also disbanded the Iraqi Army as well. Saddam was given too much time to hide the WMD.

CIA killed Che Guevara. I'd call that a win. CIA pushed back the communists in Central America and South America. Also a win. US Intelligence has had several successes against Iran, only a few of which [like Stuxnet] that we know anything about. Iraq is no longer attempting to build a nuclear bomb and is no longer stockpiling chemical and biological weapons.
