GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is the leading choice among North Carolina Republican primary voters in a recent Public Policy Poll. Trump received 16 percent, while former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush received 12 percent.

I suspect current polling nationally would show Trump leading everywhere as he’s sucked the wind out of everyone else’s campaigns and is saying what many of us want to here, which we are not hearing for others. He deserves to be leading and now we’ll see if he holds and builds on that or crashes and burns.

My Aunt wanted to watch Anderson Cooper tonight and he had interviewed Donald Trump. Trump has hit an issue on the Illegal Immigration thing.
Cooper was doing his best to nail him bringing up some idiot studies about that purport to show that there is very little crime being committed bu Illegals. I know Damn well that is false a just read we have something like over 350,000 people locked up.
I now know why I have cut off watching all cable news networks except, One America News, they all full of BS, and Lies and make no mistake MSNBC and CNN are the worst. Anderson Cooper and his Left Wing buddies can go suck eggs, no credibility!!!!!!!!!!!

All of this, including Jeb, is just knee jerk name recognition.
I disregard all polls until the candidates start debating.
Although there is some campaigning by most of the candidates, the real stuff won’t start until this Fall/Winter.
People won’t be paying attention for almost another year.

It is name recognition and his high visibility within a crowded field so you can’t read too much into that but his ability to self finance indefinitely and take on immigration could definitely get people to start paying attention. :)
