There are three McDonald's in my area here in SW Pennsylvania. All are going balls to the wall. The one in Bentleyville had to install a second drive through window for ordering. What am I missing?

Same here in North Central PA. You are missing two things.

The fat people in cars that are too lazy (or don’t know how) to cook.

Gas industry workers that are away from home.
