Anything cooked on a grill is WONDERFUL!
Grilled pineapple over ice cream! Peel and core pineapple. Slice into rounds. Mix some sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, melt some butter in another bowl. Dip sliced pineapple in the melted butter, then the sugar/cinnamon mix. Then onto the grill. When done to your satisfaction, place pineapple over (or under) a serving of homemade ice cream (I prefer vanilla for the pineapple).
