A couple of tip offs that might have drawn the attention might include some body language and a glance a the word “naked” along with “Nancy”. Then an address to a masculine name would peak my curiosity.
Note, the lady is texting in a way that makes the content easily observable from behind. That makes sense if she is trying to make sure the husband next to her doesn’t catch a glimpse.
