Since it was Brazil, I wonder if they were aspiring Gauchos, just trying to turn their lives around?
Gauchos are more commonly found in Argentina and Uruguay but that is not to say that Brazil does not have a few. Just like I’m in the suburbs but consider myself an aspiring cowboy.
