What bearing does the concealed carry laws of Kansas have to do with this story? None ?

The guy standing on his front porch when they yelled at him, made threats and threw rocks, bottles, bricks and chunks of concrete at him could have used a weapon. In fact, any of the victims could have used weapons.

Suppose you are out shopping or making a withdraw at an ATM and feral youth begin throwing bricks and bottles at you. Would a concealed weapon be pertinent in the situation?

Maybe you’d prefer to try to foster and understanding and validate their emotional state based on their socio-economic situation instead.

So, if a state has a concealed carry law, somehow firearms are magically bestowed to all citizens?

Could have used a weapon? Yes, if they had one, I suppose they could have. Then again, if they had laser beams ... Again, the concealed carry law has ∅ bearing on this story. Thanks for playing though!
