The body slam was unnecessary. He could have held on while the other 12 advancing officers, just a few feet away, helped restrain him... but I also do not think the officer should receive a 2x4, or even a fine, for the act. The man wasn't injured by it. We've all been hit just as hard on the football field or basketball court. We lived, and kept playing. The liberal idiot will live, and will protest some more... but hopefully his future protests will not involve interfering with my life, my rush to get to work or a meeting on time, or my enjoyment of the day. (Few things tweak my pet peeve button more than sitting in traffic.)

Your right to protest extends only so far as it does not intrude upon my right to continue about my day, ignoring your hollow, hypocritical causes.
