Before I read this last post I was thinking, “If people think Cruz is unethical, but that Trump is a true conservative, they should probably just vote for Trump.” They’re completely wrong, but it’s impossible to overcome such thinking with logic.

Name a single battle that Cruz has won against McConnell.
Instead, Cruz gave up fighting McConnell to run for president. How is that serving our country? Cruz is the best bet to take out McConnell and yet he runs for president instead? A president has no shot at changing the Senate Majority Leader. That can be done only from within.
If Senator Cruz is such a successful fighter, why doesn’t he take on McConnell for the job of Senate Majority Leader, a job BTW, that is every bit as important as President?
And how, pray tell, after fighting McConnell unsuccessfully and calling him a liar (which is true), does Cruz hope to get anything through a McConnell-led Senate if indeed, Cruz does win the presidency?
