My sister wore a shirt with this slogan practically every day in the early 70’s. I finally asked my father a few months ago what it meant.

Long before the Terrible Towel, there was the Green Weenie gimmick.

Remember Saturday night double horror movies?
And zombies at the Monroeville mall?
Waited on him once in a restaurant
All the other waitresses were jealous like ooooooo

When I was in college, I worked for a pool company and laboratory during the summer months. I would clean Willie Stargell's pool on Friday. One Friday the maid forgot to lock up his two watch dogs. I ended up on the pump house roof for a couple of hours.
Willie came home and found me there. He started laughing and put the dogs indoors. He came out apologized and told me to knock before I left.
Very nice man. He apologized again and handed me an envelop of game tickets. I was a poor college student and game tickets were beyond my means. I enjoyed that summer and it was worth every minute I spent on that hot metal roof.
