Its all about control, IMO. It's like the children are little robots or something. This, the feds like.
Homeschooled children learn to think for themselves and learn the 3 R's. This, the Feds don't like.
Children can't even carry a jacket! It must be worn - not carried or put on the back of a chair. And the jacket itself can not be what mom bought at Sears - but must be purchased thru the school to match the uniforms.
