Stay off the statins.
Drink plenty of water.
Take Fish Oil (Omega-3)
Lots of exercise, including resistance training.
Lose weight, if you need to.
If you’re older, stay away from jogging. Do low-impact cardio, running in place on a small trampoline or, if you can afford it, an eliptical or “Adaptive Motion Trainer”.
yup that seems to be a consistent theme. not just cardio but weight type workouts, Why? Is stressing the muscle important?
I am 69. I haven’t run or jogged since 1972 when I got a broken femur and it was set not quite right. I walk at 4mph, though, and do it a lot.
