You did not answer my question....what are your numbers ....Ratios are important....also...just quit eating processed food...that will probably help.
Sorry don’t have the numbers right now but will get them. My wife and I do not eat a lot of processed food. But the food I make at home I know is to fat laden, I’m gonna have to work on that.
