Mr. Marbles, I obviously did not do your taxes, but what you are likely dealing with is a mistake when you figured out how much your payment and or refund was supposed to be.
Normally you would have heard something by August or September, but so many people have screwed the pooch on this new Obama Care tax/fine that the system is overwhelmed, despite the fact that the tax rules were published and warned about for many months prior, even as long as 2 years to expect it.

I feel for you Mr. Marbles. Our deductibles and monthlies rose more than 50 percent each. My last two doctor appts, it took them the entire appt time to determine I was “out of plan.” Cannot return to those docs. So I have the mandatory “insurance.” I just don’t have health care. Gruber told us all what it really was: a wealth transfer.
They can’t send your refund because they haven’t gotten around to verifying it, but they send out billions of dollars in fraudulent earned income tax credits with no verification.
I’m sending Uncle Sam a check for several thousand dollars this week. Maybe he’ll be able to pay you when he cashes it.

Doesn’t matter, you can have any of your congresscritters help you. you didn’t need to vote for them. They’ll just send a letter on congressional letterhead and it was get attention quickly.
