Nearly all of the law does not violate the Second Amendment. Did a 3rd grader write this or might there be some considerable mental gymnastics to script in some bias via the order of words. How about, "The Second Circuit ruled that some of the law violates the Second Amendment."? But that would not fit the story line would it.
