No high impact moves (she didn’t hit the ground with the other dancers) and she’s obviously in wonderful physical condition. For the baby it was probably the closest thing he or she will experience to an E-Ticket thrill ride till they’re a few years down the road.

I agree. It is high energy but in my opinion she’s not doing any kind of moves that would hurt the baby.
