How efficient and effective was Hillary Clinton's performance as Secretary of State for The United States of America on September 11, 2012 concerning the attack at Benghazi?

You will examine her performance using The Four Functions Of Management. These are:

1. Planning 2. Organizing 3. Leading 4. Controlling (evaluating and adjusting)

You will provide examples of Hillary Clinton's performance in all four of these areas. You will then grade her performance as "Successful" or "Unsuccessful".

You will have as much time as you need to complete this.

You may begin.

She ran those commercials in ‘08, about how she will answer the 3 am phone call about a crisis in the world . what a joke.

At the hearings we learned that everything that happened was somehow someone else’s fault. Hillary said she takes responsibility for things, then goes on to say someone else was to blame for lack of security, being unresponsive to the requests for more security, etc. Every specific shortcoming brought up was blamed on someone else by Hillary.

the National Counterterrorism Center had identified some 281 threats to U.S. diplomats, diplomatic facilities, embassies, ambassadors and consulates during the six months before the attack in Benghazi

“That’s the State Department’s responsibility.”

I think she was extremely successful:
She recognized the ambassador as a threat to her operation providing weapons to Al Qaeda and the Brotherhood.
She made sure that the ambassador would be at an unsecured location.
She made sure that location was known to the militias.
She kept the quick reaction force from deploying.
She had the “reaction to some random internet video” story all set up in advance to help her slip enough new cycles to flush everything down the memory hole.
She persecuted her scapegoat video maker to help her slip through a couple news cycles.
Time will tell, we’ll see if she does go to jail, or if she becomes president, but I think she did a pretty good job.

Hillary Clinton wants to be our Chief Executive.

“The best predictor of future performance is past performance.”

Let’s take a look at her past performance.

I don't understand why she thinks that "saying" that she takes responsibility is sufficient. Imagine the following:

"Sorry, Mister, I take full responsibility for breaking your window, but I am not going to pay for it". Or:
"I take full responsibility for knocking you up, but I am not going to pay any child support".

Taking full responsibility without pay a price is not taking responsibility. The proper response would have been to resign as SoS. The proper response NOW is to drop out.
