Preparing for the Orange potluck. Lots of sweet and savory pumpkin dishes and drinks.
I am thinking of lasagna and turning the tomato sauce and cheese orange.

Since neither Pinky or I drink and their menu does not feature frozen rats, we gave the card to long suffering hubby.

I wish you had witnessed the reaction of the runner-up, “Captain America”, who was desperately snake phobic.
He wound up falling madly in love with Pinky and kept telling me I was the most awesome, bad ass person he’d ever met.
He left us totally cured of his phobia.

Many bring their own children to see their old teacher.
Usually I get between 100-120 trick-or-treaters. So I have pop-corn balls, cheese curls, m&m's. and I am holding on to the Peanut butter cup for last.
One of the liberal bouncers would not come down from the upper deck outside.
His dreds nearly fell out, in fear.

The place is schizoid.
In the summer, it’s full of bikers.
In the winter, the yuppies and libs take over.
It has a weird vibe when “we” are not in residence, to be sure.
