I have to ask how the toilet came to be in that condition?
I have some kin that happens to be a plumber, and hear many tales of woe, but something is wrong with that mess.
One call was to a neighborhood not normally his territory.
But it was a favor for the bank that owned the foreclosed house.
He said the house was neat and clean, but had has a BAD odor,the tenants nice enough.
The pipes had froze and burst under the house, the tenants carried water from next door to flush the toilet!
A large cess pool had formed under the house.
He called in to say, nothing he do could do for this one.
