I have been on a low carb diet for the last 2 months. Down 15 pounds so far. It is actually a very easy diet to follow ... I eat meat, cheese, fish, dairy, and green veggies without counting calories. Just stop when full, which actually happens pretty fast. If I want or need a snack I grab a pepperoni stick or some beef jerky. Very interesting side benefit is that after a couple of weeks you can smell sugar in foods ... so you know what to avoid. I try to keep my carb consumption under 20 grams, but don’t stress about it unless I pop over 40.
And that is THIS diet “said A Ca Guy” who got married with little one and needs to drop a few (30+) pounds.
