Weekly Cooking Thread: THANKSGIVING EDITION

They make oodles of different cheesecakes. I have not seen Black Forest, but I have tunnel vision for the pineapple upside down cheesecake. Given the number of flavors they have I would imagine they do make it. LOL I eat the same thing every year, Shrimp BLT with coleslaw and pineapple upside down cheesecake. I haven’t looked for the recipe because I think it would be dangerous to possess it. I would feel compelled to make and eat it.

then I saw Harrod's advertised this....now I want one.

Beautiful.....I adore it.

Serving a pedestrian ham on this ham stand makes it super-special.

Imagining the garnished rosy pink ham on this ... surrounded by greenery interspersed w/ whole sugared cranberries.

The hams in the Food Halls were displayed on them, but I have not been there for a few years, so don’t know if they still are. I would love to have some serving bowls in the same pattern.

Looks to me like a vintage pattern--but the Brits are well-known for china so matching bowls/plates might be available.........somewhere.
