“leftover” and “quiche” not two words that typically belong in the same sentence. When quiche is presented, it should assumed that it will be completely consumed. :)
I believe the turkey is the leftover and the quiche is being prepared from said leftovers.
But you are correct, very rarely do I have leftover quiche.
And not only do real men eat quiche, real men make quiche from scratch (yup, even the crust).
At least I do.
