I am hoping there is at least an hour of music from Morricone.

Not watching any movie by that jerk who loves “Black Lives Matter” and hates cops.
To: Perdogg
This sounds an awful lot like that last movie he made...”Django Unchained.”

We’ve fallen from the Magnificent Seven to the Hateful Eight. You get more quantity but less quality.

He’s a filthy leftist, but damnit his movies are a guilty pleasure and I know that I’m supporting these bastards when I watch their films.
To: Perdogg
Streisand, Moore, Redford, Tarantino, and on and on, movie makers, I don’t need to pay attention to.
To: SamAdams76
I don’t sit thru a 3 hr film unless it’s The Hobbit.

Pass.
(Tarantino’s Happiest Millionaire).
There will be a soundtrack. No need to subject ourselves to the movie.

I like Kurt Russell in westerns.
I also think Tarantino is one of the great directors of our time. Only the Cohen Brothers are above him.
But he's an idiot.

Well if it’s a Tarantino movie I’m in. He makes interesting movies.

By the time I finally watched Pulp Friction, I was fully sick of Tarantino. The film after several further partial watchings only cemented that opinion of him as a degenerate.
Will never watch anything else by that weirdo.

15 minute intermission to loot the popcorn stand.

Is it just me or does this stuff sound just a teeny bit pretentious?

Jackie Brown was good. That’s about it.

Yep - I tried to rewatch reservoir dogs and could not get into it. Pulp had some good one liners, but that’s about it. I don’t care if I see another of his movies - he’s into some really odd stuff.

Tarantino is the king with no clothes. He picked up a cult following after Pulp Fiction and now everyone is afraid to sound uncool and just tell him he had his 15 minutes, now he’s back to being talentless fool.

Tarantino is a movie idiot. He lives, eats, sleeps and breathes movies. He has stolen all his best shots from other directors (nothing wrong with that, if you're going to steal, steal from the best. Howard Hawks stole from himself.). Stepping into politics - BLM - was a mistake on his part. After Django Unchained I'm ambivalent about this new one. But I have to say I loved Inglorious Basterds.
