"he Super Bowl is an annual celebration of Just Guy Things: homoerotic tight pants, dude-on-dude grappling, sports, balls, brews, and chili. Conversely, the Super Bowl halftime show is an incredibly flamboyant tribute" Until I looked at the author's name, I thought a queer must have written it.

Halftime is when you take the dog for a walk, hit the can, and make sure there’s enough food for the 2nd half.

How's about Van Halen?
Then again, depending on who's playing, they might upstage the game... ;)

Best Halftimes Shows:
1) Prince-2007—phenomenal!!!
2) Tom Petty-2008—simple set—well done...
3) Bruce Springsteen —2009-a lefty but puts on a great show
4) U2—2002-—911 tribute was great
5) Stones 2006-—just because Kieth can still bring it...

This sort of stuff doesn’t belong at football games. Bring back marching bands!

The touch football league is hell bent on putting teams in England,so they can sell the rubes a 9:30 Sunday package. Goodall,Kraft and Jones can go F themselves!

Coldplay has some of the only songs I’ll stop on the fm dial to listen to. If the prerequisite is politics, you might as well throw your radio and tv out the window.

For the NFL, halftime is the Superbowl’s great money spinner, and it is made all the better by expanding the audience demographic to include more women, teens, and non-sports fans. The halftime entertainment is selected to do just that.

horrible band, mediocre musicianship, with a couple songs that have a good hook. will be tuning out.

I want marching bands, trumpets, fireworks.
Not a whiny bunch like Coldplay.
