I do not condone old men paying for sex, but the drone operator had better hope that the old guy does not have a good lawyer.

Because in the first place theirs was not a public display. They drove down a deserted road to a deserted area where they had every right to believe they were not viewed by the public.

And this drone weirdo followed them and then peeked.

A good lawyer should get them off on the grounds that they were in a private place, although not their place, and insist on charging the drone guy with peeping, invasion of privacy, sexual perversion and anything else they can think of.

Had he taken a photo of her getting in the truck and stopped there, he would have been acting within the law. That occurred in a public place, I doubt the junkyard is considered a public place while closed to the public.

Sounds like good evidence that they took significant steps to avoid public exposure.

No, they were trespassing and the owner had given the drone operator permission. Presumably because he was tired of the girl running her business on his property.
