Louisiana state gun laws do not allow for ‘gun registration’, since the state constitution was re-written a few years ago.
There is no ‘permit’ to get, either.
There is only the FBI background check paperwork that has the type and serial number of the firearm, when purchased in a store. Private sales require NO paperwork, bill of sale, nada.
So, how many guns have been sold to another family member, or lost when the fishing boat turned over, or the skiff got knocked by an alligator, and all of them have no paper trail.

Then he will tell Americans to stop spending all of that $2,500 savings he gave them on health-care, on guns.
Then he will tell us that he will continue to work tirelessly on keeping us safe from terrorism while on the golf course.

I didn't pay FedGov for them, so there's no "buying back," just confiscation. It's MY property, legal and proper, and if they can take that, they can take anything whatsoever, and I am no longer under any illusions or obligations about personal property (or collective property for that matter).

My question is If someone is so dangerous that they are on a no fly list, why the hell are they walking our streets? Wouldn’t it stand to reason that if they are too dangerous to fly, then they are too dangerous to be in America walking our streets free and clear?

Tonight, Obama will ONLY talk about taking away OUR guns, because Obama’s plan is to keep guns in the hands of criminals and terrorists. The more Americans die the better as far as he is concerned. He will NOT call this attack a Terrorist Attack because it makes HIM look bad and we already know this is ALL about HIM
